About Katie

Hello! And welcome to my website! I'm Katie. I'm a mama and wife to Caleb. I'm a lover of sushi, a good laugh, a good comedy, and everything creative. I received my first camera as a graduation from college in 2010. Shortly after, I started taking entry level photography classes at the local Continuing Education building and was hooked. Photography became a fun hobby, then life happened and my camera became another item I placed in storage. 

Fast forward to 2017 and I decided after getting married, having a baby, and quitting my full time teaching job,  it was time to pursue my dream of having my own photography business. I love to create. It's in my blood. my mom says I get it after my grandmother, Marjorie (and apparently my love of meeting new people). Creating is the best part of my job, making memories beautiful. I hope to have the honor to do that for you! I would love to talk more with you about creating the best day or session for you.
